Whether that is the need to achieve, wanting to look a certain way, constant comparison, or struggling to find community, life can sometimes feel exhausting. I aim to help my clients work on identifying their own goals through constant collaboration. My style is open, non-judgmental, human, and collaborative. I tend to think about the person holistically and will incorporate psychodynamic work and mindfulness tools to help clients get to the root cause and manage symptoms along the way. Additionally, I will always engage in care collaboration with outside providers and provide appropriate referrals to make sure you are getting the best care. I received my B.A. in psychology from George Washington University and masters in social work from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University. I strive to constantly be learning and growing in my therapeutic style and work. This is evident through my extensive post-graduate training. I received a certificate in the psychodynamic treatment of eating disorders from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in 2023 and a certificate in couples therapy from the Ackerman Institute for Families in 2026.
