Introduction

My area of expertise is in working with children, teens, families, and adults who are experiencing a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, suspected or confirmed learning disabilities, and Tourette's or tic disorders. My background and training are in family systems therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy, and my approach to individual therapy is a collaborative process. When children or teens are involved, sessions are geared toward the family as a whole and may include a mixture of both individual and family members as participants.
