Introduction

Hello! I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step to find a therapist who truly understands your journey can be challenging, and I deeply respect your courage in seeking support. I'm dedicated to creating a supportive and affirming space where you can feel seen, validated, and empowered. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) in the state of NJ. I earned my Master’s degree from Capella University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023. The beginning of my career was spent working in the field of addictions and mental health at a partial care and IOP. For the past few years, I have focused on working with youth and families within the NJ Children’s System of Care. I believe that wellness and recovery are impacted by various aspects of our lives and champion a holistic approach to help clients access the most of their potential. I use my empathy and creativity to assist clients in growing to their fullest potential and working through the process of self-discovery.
