Introduction

Hello and welcome! My name is Jillian Phillips, I am currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and growth. My work in mental health and substance use treatment is deeply rooted in personal experience, which allows me to connect with clients in a genuine and compassionate way. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck, hurt, or alone—and how hard it can be to ask for help. You don’t have to navigate those challenges by yourself. I specialize in helping individuals who feel caught in cycles of emotional distress or substance use find clarity, relief, and direction. Together, we’ll work to understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, and develop practical tools to help you regain a sense of control and balance in your life. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you. I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace. While change can feel uncomfortable, it’s also where real growth happens—and you don’t have to face it alone. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies, I help clients build emotional resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting, sustainable change.
