Hi, I'm Jillian Singer, LCSW, and I help adults and couples navigate anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, divorce, and life's major transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. Many of my clients are high-achieving, thoughtful individuals who appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain beneath the surface. Some are navigating dating challenges, relationship conflict, infidelity, separation, or divorce and are looking for healthier ways to communicate, connect, and move forward. Others are working through anxiety, panic, depression, perfectionism, or obsessive thoughts that interfere with their ability to fully engage in their lives. My work is grounded in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD.
