For more than 15 years, I have partnered with people who are seeking support and guidance through a difficult season of life or who are working to set and reach meaningful goals. I aim to offer practical feedback, strategies, and tools to help clients persevere and move toward healthier patterns. I believe all people have the ability to grow and move toward greater emotional, social, physical, and spiritual well-being. My passion and primary focus is working with teenagers and families. My approach is relational, empathetic, and solution-focused. While we can’t change the past, we can work together to better understand it, respond differently to it, and begin to restore what’s been damaged.
