Introduction

I'm a clinical psychologist accepting new individual adult clients with anxiety. My approach incorporates cognitive-behavior therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and I strive to be caring and accessible. I am currently providing services via telehealth only. I was previously a Professor in the Psychology Department at Cal Poly Pomona and, prior to that, I was an Assistant Professor in Psychiatry, University of Mississippi School of Medicine, at the University Medical Center, supervising clinical psychology interns. My professional affiliations are with the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science.
