I offer both traditional psychotherapy and specialized services, including therapeutic retreats and ketamine-assisted work, for clients who are ready to invest deeply in their healing and growth. I provide comprehensive Psychological and Substance Abuse Assessments and early intervention education. I work with families, couples, coparents, individuals, and children. My clinical experience includes trauma, depression, dual diagnosis, spectrum disorders, and complex family dynamics. I have specialized training in play therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman and Imago relationship methods, and mindfulness-based treatment approaches. Therapy is a healing process that promotes growth and strength; it opens and connects one’s heart and mind. Allowing yourself to be in a non-judgmental environment and receiving a new perspective on the struggles you are experiencing is a journey only you can choose to embark on.
