I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to turn toward our emotions and relationships. Vulnerability takes courage, and curiosity is its companion. I am glad you are here. Reaching out for support can be the hardest step, also the first toward meaningful change. I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey of self-realization, self-actualization, and personal growth. Your story is still unfolding; a new chapter starts now. My work is neurodivergence-affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in systemic approaches, such as Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, and Lifespan Integration Therapy, which allow me to see individuals, couples, and families within the broader context of their sociocultural factors and lived experiences. I specialize in supporting clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, and neurodivergence (ADHD, executive functioning challenges, learning differences, and Autism Spectrum Disorder, particularly the Pathological Demand Avoidance or Persistent Demand for Autonomy profile). In individual and family therapy, I help clients connect with their inner strength, strengthen emotional resilience, and reclaim agency as they move through life transitions, challenges, and losses. In couples therapy, I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust after infidelity, and deepen intimacy and connection through discernment counseling, relational, premarital, and marital counseling, and parenting or co-parenting support. As a bilingual (English and Chinese), BIPOC therapist, I am committed to culturally responsive care. I work with clients navigating immigration and acculturation stress, multicultural, interracial, and intergenerational relationships, Third Culture Kid or Adult experiences, and BIPOC identity exploration. While our past shapes us, it does not define us. Together, we can make sense of your journey, uncover new paths, and move toward greater authenticity, balance, and fulfillment.
