Introduction

Circle & Thread Psychotherapy (DBA Jing Therapy) is owned and operated by Jing Bissonnette, MA, LMFTA. Jing is a bilingual, BIPOC therapist who provides neurodivergence-affirming, trauma-informed services in English and Mandarin Chinese for individuals (age 5 ~ 99), couples, and families. A Warm Note From Jing Healing begins with safety, courage, and curiosity. I’m glad you’re here, taking the first step toward meaningful change. It’s my honor to walk alongside you as your story unfolds. Your past may shape you, but it does not define you. Together, we will make sense of your journey, discover new paths, and step into your next chapter with clarity, authenticity, balance, and fulfillment. My Own Story My story hasn't been linear; it has been shaped by curves, detours, and the many rises and falls that life brings. Through trauma, loss, neurodivergence, immigration, motherhood, career changes, and chronic illness, I’ve learned to honor the messy, nonlinear nature of growth and the quiet resilience that emerges along the way. My lived experiences offer me greater curiosity, empathy, and the ability to sit with others through their darkest and most uncertain times. I bring presence, compassion, sociocultural attunement, and an unwavering belief in the strength you already carry, especially on the days you can’t feel it.
