Introduction

Life can be messy. Relationships can feel confusing, parenting can be exhausting, and anxiety, self-doubt, or overwhelm can leave you feeling stuck and unsure where to turn. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m Jitani, a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families seeking greater understanding, connection, and balance. A core belief that guides my work is simple: everything is connected. How we feel about ourselves affects our relationships, and when one area of life is struggling, it can affect many others. I work with clients navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and parenting stress. Together, we’ll explore what may be keeping you stuck and build practical ways to move forward. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families. As a neurodivergent therapist, parent of a neurodivergent child, and military spouse, I bring professional training and lived experience to my work. My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I draw from approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and IFS, tailoring our work to your needs and goals. I believe therapy starts with connection and a good fit. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
