Introduction

Congratulations! Just by being here, you are taking the first step towards self-exploration; which takes courage. Finding a therapist can be an anxiety-inducing and an overwhelming experience. My goal is for you to feel truly seen, heard & understood by developing a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental space where trust & safety is provided. I will be an ally and support to you throughout the process of discovery & transformation. I can help you utilize what has worked in the past, as well as teach you new tools to create more peace in your life. My method is to have a collaborative relationship to create a unique plan that targets your specific needs/desires/goals. I use different talk therapies, mindfulness-based strategies, incorporate psychosomatic techniques to regulate emotions, calm & soothe the nervous system, gain self awareness, improve relationships, and confront past wounds. I have a holistic perspective & value the interrelationships between the mind-body-spirit & the person-family/friends-community. I enjoy using nature in sessions. I'm always ready for putting on snow pants to explore the outdoors! I look forward for the opportunity to hold space with you; to encourage healing & growth during this part of your journey.
