With over 20 years of experience working with individuals in her counseling practice, Jo has expanded her business to provide life coaching to individuals experiencing difficulties with life transitions including divorce, career change, children leaving home and taking care of elderly parents, to name a few. Jo holds a Master's in Social Work and a Master's in Business Administration. She is also a Certified Personal and Executive Coach. Additionally, Jo has specific training in Trauma Focus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness practices. Prior to establishing her practice Jo held corporate roles at IBM, American Express and Conoco (UK) Ltd in the real estate, marketing and crude oil trading divisions. In her counseling practice, Jo works with diverse clientale, ranging from individuals struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma. She offers compassionate listening and fosters a safe space for growth and self-discovery. Having recognized some of her clients would benefit from coaching vs counseling, Jo expanded her business for clients working through transitions in their lives.
