Introduction

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I am passionate about helping adults and couples work through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. As a military spouse, I understand the unique stressors that come with frequent moves, changing roles, deployments, and rebuilding community, and I enjoy supporting military members, veterans, and their families. My approach is person-centered, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and tailor treatment to each client's individual needs, helping you develop practical tools, process difficult experiences, gain insight, and move toward lasting healing and resilience. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and ready to make movement towards your personal goals.
