Introduction

Hello my name is Joanna I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I am passionate about mental health and helping others. I believe the goal is not to be in therapy forever but rather empower my clients to develop the skills necessary to live a meaningful life. I am a strong believer in individualized care. Therapy is a very vulnerable space so I focus on creating a safe and non-judgement area for all of my clients to feel welcome. In my sessions I provide space for the client to be an expert in their own life while I help them challenge maladaptive behaviors, thinking patterns and habits that no longer serve them.
