Introduction

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Houston area offering video visits for anyone residing in Texas. I've been practicing psychotherapy/counseling since 2008 upon graduating from Our Lady of the Lake University with a Master of Science in Psychology. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies in 2002 and a minor in Hispanic Studies from Northwestern University. My over 13 years of work experience in therapy has covered a range of clients from the age of 3 to 83 with a broad range of presenting concerns. Presently I work predominantly with adult clients who have concerns related to relationships, career and general mental well-being by attending to stress, depression, anxiety, and various relationship difficulties. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and have extensive experience working in both languages.
