The work of being human is difficult. If you experience anxiety, depression or grief preventing you from living the life you want, therapy can be a great first step towards a happier you. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. However, I am particularly passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals and those existing in nontraditional spaces heal from issues related to domestic violence, the impact of high-demand religion, infertility, and gender expression/identity. While I am familiar with common aspects of these experiences, I approach each session with the intention of learning what your experiences mean for you. Therapy should provide client centered, collaborative spaces for healing tailored to your needs in the moment and season of life. As such, I provide trauma informed care for clients incorporating various therapy techniques as needed or desired, such Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative therapy, and Solutions-Focused therapy.
