Introduction

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through relationship. While I integrate approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, somatic therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is the most powerful catalyst for change. My priority is creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, accepted, and safe enough to explore every part of yourself without fear of judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming. I work with individuals and couples exploring trauma, attachment, sexuality, identity, intimacy, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive care and welcome clients in diverse relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy and polyamory. I am also a proud ally to sex workers and strive to create a therapeutic space that honors each person's unique experiences, identities, and values. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade in the wellness field teaching yoga, meditation, sound baths, and somatic breathwork, experiences that continue to shape my work today. I believe healing involves more than changing thoughts: it includes reconnecting with the body, understanding the nervous system, and developing a compassionate relationship with yourself. My goal is to help you move beyond simply managing symptoms toward living a life that feels more connected, authentic, and aligned with who you truly are.Introduce yourself to prospective clients. We suggest adding how you got started, any treatment or client specializations, and how your services can provide a meaningful impact to clients.
