Joanne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 15 years of experience supporting young adults and adults through anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and questions of purpose and direction. Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, Joanne works with clients from diverse backgrounds and values creating a space where they feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. Her approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in empathy and cultural awareness. Using supportive therapy, cognitive reframing, and empowerment, she helps clients better understand their experiences, strengthen coping skills, gain clarity, and identify meaningful steps forward. Joanne believes therapy should be tailored to each person’s needs, experiences, and goals, with progress taking place at a pace that feels right for them.
