Introduction

I believe you already carry the strength and wisdom needed for healing; even if it doesn’t always feel that way. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate this part of your journey. I work with individuals who are facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. Experiences that can feel overwhelming, isolating, or hard to put into words. Together, we create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. My approach is collaborative and shaped around you, integrating evidence-based practices like EMDR, CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also incorporate expressive arts and clinical yoga to support healing not just mentally, but physically and emotionally as well. I’m currently completing a post-graduate certificate in traumatic stress studies, deepening my ability to offer care that is both compassionate and grounded in research.
