Introduction

The therapeutic relationship is the key factor in your success. As you build trust in me to "get in your head" and see what's going on internally with your thoughts, emotions and behaviors, I'll start to make connections and ask questions to give you the space to safely process and gain clarity. Many of my clients are emerging from relational trauma, attachment wounds, or need to work on building self esteem and identity. Let's work together to help you feel more in tune with yourself, those you're in relationships with, and use any discomfort as motivation to work towards feeling joy again and building the life you want! My approach is holistic & eclectic. The most important part of your healing is our therapeutic relationship. As I build a map of your inner and outer worlds in my own mind, and you feel truly listened to, seen, and understood, the more you will grow. I draw on DBT, EMDR, Gottman, and person-centered tools as needed, but above all I put you as a person first. You don’t have to stay locked in patterns of people-pleasing, silence, or autopilot. If you’re ready to clear the fog, hear your own voice, and choose your next chapter with intention — let’s talk. I bring in sensitive and appropriately timed humor along with a sense of whimsy because therapy doesn't always have to be heavy. Laughter is the best medicine! Because I use the Gottman Method, I cannot accept insurance for couples sessions. My couples session rate is $175.
