As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore the challenges that bring you to therapy. I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and generational patterns that may no longer be serving them. I am particularly passionate about supporting youth and adults who were expected to take on adult responsibilities at a young age, individuals healing from attachment wounds, and those working through the impacts of family, cultural, systemic, or institutional trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in the understanding that our experiences do not occur in isolation. I strive to be mindful of how our identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences can influence the therapeutic relationship, and I value creating a space built on openness, curiosity, and respect. My work is informed by evidence-based approaches, including CBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness practices, and family systems perspectives. Seeking support can be a vulnerable step, and you do not have to navigate it alone. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more connected, grounded, and aligned with the life you want to create.
