Do you struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or repeating unhealthy relationship patterns? Many people find themselves stuck in survival mode — constantly managing stress, anticipating problems, or reacting from old wounds. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma-related stress. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns, explore how childhood experiences may still be shaping your responses, and develop practical coping skills that help you shift beyond survival mode and into intentional, empowered living. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy. This allows us to build effective tools for managing overwhelming emotions while also exploring deeper patterns connected to self-worth and relationships. As a Master’s-level counselor-in-training at Northwestern University, my work is grounded in trauma-informed care, multicultural competence, and evidence-based practice. Therapy with me is collaborative, client-centered, and focused on helping you feel understood, supported, and capable of meaningful change.
