Hi, I’m Jodee LaVoie, MA, NCC, Temp LPC-MHSP, C-PMHS. I’m a therapist who believes you deserve a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and be fully yourself without judgment. I work primarily with women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the many changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I also support women who are struggling with experiences from their past that continue to affect how they feel, think, connect, or move through the world. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw from Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, nervous-system regulation, DBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-informed practices. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, I want to understand the whole person—including the experiences, relationships, beliefs, and protective parts that have shaped you. Therapy doesn’t have to be about “fixing” yourself. You are not broken. Sometimes healing means learning to understand yourself with more compassion, reconnecting with the parts of yourself you’ve lost along the way, and developing the tools to move forward with greater confidence and self-trust. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, healing from trauma, struggling with anxiety or overwhelm, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
