After many years as a Family Life Educator supporting diverse families and communities, I expanded my work through breathwork and body-based practices as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher in Kundalini Yoga - the yoga of the mind. I am currently training as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, deepening my ability to support meaningful and lasting change. I bring a grounded blend of compassion, respect, and skill-building into my work with individuals, couples, and children. My approach is both preventive and holistic, supporting clients through all stages of life.
