I've spent six years in community mental health, including extensive work with dual diagnosis, and I've learned that what matters most isn't fitting neatly into one specialty—it's meeting you where you are. I work with individuals across the lifespan navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, burnout, and life transitions. What I find most meaningful is working with people who've experienced trauma and feel stuck in negative self-beliefs shaped by difficult experiences. I understand how heavy that weight can feel and how challenging it is to move forward when those patterns keep resurfacing. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and family/marital approaches to help you build practical tools and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're processing past pain, managing present stress, or navigating a major life change, I'm here to help you find your way forward. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
