Introduction

I am honored to work with resilient people navigating all stages of growth. Together, we build connection, process life’s challenges, and uncover new ways of understanding and moving forward. Each session is a collaborative space for healing, reflection, and growth. Since 2010, I have worked primarily with children and their families. Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years in a special education preschool setting and later served as an Early Childhood Family Consultant with Head Start. During my internship through Friends University, I provided therapy services to individuals and families of all ages at a domestic violence shelter in Kansas City. I am especially passionate about supporting early childhood development and family relationships. My training includes Play Therapy, Theraplay, EMDR, Conscious Discipline, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). These approaches allow me to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate space where children and families can grow, heal, and connect.
