I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and U.S. Army veteran with nearly a decade of military service. My path into social work began through my own experience seeking support after military service and seeing the meaningful difference a compassionate clinician can make. That experience continues to shape my approach: practical, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s experiences. I specialize in working with military service members, veterans, law enforcement officers, first responders, and their families. I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I am a Certified Veteran and Military Mental Health Professional (CVMHP), a Certified Neuropsychotherapist (NPT-C), and certified in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These qualifications support my focus on military culture, the relationship between the brain and emotional functioning, and practical strategies that build on your existing strengths. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and my training in EMDR, with treatment tailored to your needs and readiness. Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck, develop effective coping strategies, and strengthen your relationships. My goal is to provide a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and move toward a life that feels more connected, manageable, and meaningful.
