Introduction

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. My approach is relational, down-to-earth, and collaborative, meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, recovery, relationship challenges, identity exploration, major life transitions, and men's issues. I also enjoy working with veterans and provide an affirming space for members of the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your values and the life you want to live.
