I am a warm and humble advocate who makes change by developing relationships based on trust and respect. As an advocate with over 20 years of service as a social worker and attorney, I am now continuing that commitment to serving people who suffer from anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues as a therapist. I believe you are the expert in your experience, and within you are the tools to face your challenges and find meaning within the mundane. Through wading into discomfort with patience and intention, we can face all sorts of challenges in new and productive ways. I generally practice guided by principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and concepts from other modalities as needs arise.
