My primary clinical focus is working with first responders and their family members. I have a personal connection to the field, and my passion is in helping first responders with the unique stressors of the job. I approach therapy from a collaborative, goal-oriented, and trauma-focused perspective. My approach is focused on being well rounded, including stress management, mental, and physical wellbeing. My primary theoretical lens is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which allows us to identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
