Introduction

Life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and uncertain about how to move forward. Whether you’re working through the effects of trauma, navigating relationship difficulties, or seeking greater emotional balance, I strive to provide a supportive and collaborative space where meaningful healing can occur. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I specialize in trauma recovery and couples therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method. My approach is tailored to each individual and couple, recognizing that no two experiences or relationships are the same. I deeply value a holistic perspective, understanding that mental and emotional well-being are interconnected with physical health, relationships, personal values, and daily life experiences. Together, we’ll explore not only symptom relief, but also the underlying patterns that may be preventing you from living the life and creating the relationships you desire. My goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen connections, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools that create lasting change beyond the therapy room. I believe therapy can have a meaningful impact by fostering self-awareness, healing old wounds, and empowering individuals and couples to move forward with greater confidence, authenticity, and hope. Seeking support is a courageous first step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you throughout your journey toward healing and growth.
