Introduction

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in painful patterns, or disconnected—from others, or even from yourself. Maybe anxiety, stress, or past experiences are shaping your days in ways that feel hard to untangle. Or maybe you’re noticing the same challenges showing up in your relationships—feeling misunderstood, caught in repeated conflict, or unsure how to reconnect. I offer a warm, grounded space where you can slow down and begin to make sense of what’s happening underneath the surface. Whether you’re coming in as an individual or as part of a relationship, together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of the patterns that keep you feeling stuck or disconnected, and begin shifting them in ways that help you feel more grounded, more heard, and more connected. When working with couples, I help partners move out of reactivity and into understanding. We slow conversations down, make space for each person’s experience, and begin to shift the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected. With individuals, we focus on increasing awareness, building coping tools, and helping you respond differently to the moments that feel overwhelming. I also support children and families in building emotional awareness, communication, and connection. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in deep respect for your story and pace. You won’t have to navigate this alone—we’ll gently untangle what’s been happening beneath the surface so change feels possible, not forced. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
