Sometimes there’s so much going on that it’s hard to know where to even begin. Maybe something has happened that you’re struggling to make sense of. Maybe you’re anxious, unhappy in a relationship, grieving, questioning yourself, or trying to figure out what you want next. Or maybe there isn’t one big thing at all—you just know something in your life doesn’t feel the way you want it to. You don’t have to sort it all out before you come in. Bring all of it. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s been hard, understand what keeps getting in the way, and figure out what you’re hoping might feel different. I’ll want to understand what it’s been like for you in all of this. I’ll ask questions, share what I’m noticing, and sometimes come back to what you said because it felt important. Together, we’ll get curious about what’s underneath it all and make sense of the feelings, relationships, and patterns that may be getting in the way, with curiosity, not judgment. I also work with preteens who may be having a hard time with big feelings, anxiety, relationships, or changes in their lives. Starting therapy is personal. You’re trusting someone with parts of your life that may be painful, complicated, or hard to put into words. I don’t take that lightly. You don’t have to convince me that something is hard. If it matters to you, it matters here. If you feel like we might connect, we can start with a conversation and see how it feels.
