Introduction

I got started in therapy after doing my own work and discovering a passion for mental health through work in the humanities and education. I utilize EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, CBT and Sandtray to help clients process trauma, faith deconstruction and emotionally healthy spirituality, anxiety, and low-acuity disordered eating. My services can help you understand patterns that are keeping you stuck and work to change them from a strengths-based, holistic perspective. Change is possible.
