I am a licensed psychologist with extensive experience working with college students, graduate students, and young adults. I approach my clinical work with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience. My treatment approach is integrative and grounded in psychodynamic theory. I help clients gain insight into the unconscious patterns and past experiences that shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, with the goal of fostering greater self-awareness and a stronger sense of agency in their lives. At the same time, I recognize that insight alone is not always enough. With that in mind, I often integrate nervous system psychoeducation and skills-based strategies to support symptom relief that help clients navigate immediate challenges more effectively. My work is also deeply relational. I believe that healing happens within safe, authentic, and trusting relationships, and I view the therapeutic relationship as a powerful tool for connection and repair. My hope is to create a space where clients feel seen and known, and where healing and growth can unfold in ways that honor their values and their unique story.
