I take an individualized, holistic approach with each client — using a mind-body-spirit perspective alongside creative arts, symbolism, and narrative techniques to encourage the honest expression of feelings. I have a special interest in working with people affected by divorce, abuse, neglect, adoption, or time in the foster care system. Together, we'll name what you're feeling, then trace how it moves through the rest of your life — your relationships, your body, your sense of self. My goal is a space where you feel safe processing difficult emotions, discovering your strengths, and building the confidence to face what comes next. Evening and weekend sessions available. Now training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) I've completed training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories and images so they lose their emotional charge — often in fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy. ART is used to treat trauma and PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, phobias, grief and complicated loss, addiction cravings, performance anxiety, and stress from difficult life events. It's especially effective for memories and images that feel "stuck" and haven't shifted with other approaches. I'm currently completing my practicum hours and expect to be fully certified within 3–4 months. Ask me if ART might be a fit for what you're working through.
