Introduction

I would love to support you in your pursuit of connection, peace, and growth. I am neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and am open to working with individuals of all ages, relationships of all configurations, and families of all varieties. I support people struggling with life transitions, grief, trauma and self-criticism, as well as those with neurodivergent traits and diagnoses navigating the world. I use EMDR, experiential, somatic, and emotion focused therapies, with the intention of helping you move from survival patterns into secure, authentic connection with yourself and others. Areas of specialty: Neurodivergence Relationships Grief Life transitions Self-compassion EMDR I utilize a collaborative approach with each of my clients and seek to empower you as you create new patterns for living within the systems and social constructs you reside in–whether that is in your relationships, family, gender, work, or culture.
