Introduction

I am currently accepting new adults and elderly clients for individual, group, and couple telehealth counseling. I am a compassionate, knowledgeable, and experienced counselor and have been in the field since 2004. I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, career counseling, racial identity, adjustment concerns, and many more. There are times when navigating a challenging life circumstance feels like climbing a mountain by yourself. There is a safe space in my practice to explore steps to grow.
