Introduction

Hello, and welcome. I’m glad you’re here. You may be considering therapy because anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or difficult life experiences have become harder to manage on your own. Perhaps you feel stuck in familiar patterns, disconnected from yourself or others, or frustrated that previous attempts to feel better have not brought lasting relief. Whatever led you here, you do not have to work through it alone. I work with adults navigating complex trauma, substance use concerns, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and periods of significant change. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and able to speak honestly without fear of judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and centered on understanding both what you have experienced and what you need moving forward. I believe every person has strengths, even when stress or painful experiences have made those strengths difficult to recognize. Together, we can explore the patterns affecting your life, strengthen your ability to cope, and develop practical tools that support meaningful change. There is no single path to healing, so our work will be shaped around your individual needs, experiences, and goals. Whether you are looking for greater insight, healthier coping strategies, improved relationships, or support through a difficult season, I will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect. If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to work alongside you.
