Introduction

My style is warm, calm, curious, and encouraging. I want therapy to be a place where you feel understood, but I also want our conversations to lead somewhere useful. Sessions are usually open-ended enough to make room for what matters that day. When a structured or skills-based approach would help, we can use practical strategies, worksheets, exercises, or between-session experiments. These are always collaborative and optional. Sometimes change is the goal. At other times, greater acceptance, self-understanding, or kindness may be more useful. You have the right to decide what you want to change and what deserves to be approached differently.
