Introduction

Tired of going around the same mountain year after year? Maybe you’ve tried the advice, strategies, and sheer willpower, only to find yourself back in the same place. When anxiety, depression, insecurity, trauma, or relationship patterns keep returning, it can leave you wondering whether anyone really understands what you’re carrying. I've been on that mountain. I work with children, teens, adults, and families who want more than a quick fix, they want to understand what’s underneath and begin making change that lasts. Therapy with me starts with relationship. I’m curious, collaborative, and interested in what’s happening beneath the surface. I draw from psychodynamic, object relations, CBT, and DBT approaches to help us understand the experiences and patterns shaping your life while building practical ways to move forward. You are more than a diagnosis, a behavior, or your hardest season. If things feel complicated, that’s okay. We can start there, together.
