My therapeutic style is a Person Centered, Eclectic blending of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Mindfulness Techniques, with occasional Humor. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years as a business owner, consultant and coach. I offer a warm, accepting, and welcoming space where you can share openly, explore feelings and thoughts, and heal while growing into the best version of yourself. I hold a master's degree in professional counseling from Loyola University - Chicago.
