I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in treating OCD, perfectionism, and variety of anxiety conditions. I practice from a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) perspective, which involved the role and interplay between how we think, act, and feel. When treating anxiety, I often use exposure and response prevention (ERP), which is considered the gold-standard treatment for anxiety conditions. This involve systematically facing feared situations to learn more about the actual threat they pose as well as our capacity to tolerate our fears. In addition to anxiety, I have lots of experience working with patients to address issues with depression, sleep issues, procrastination, managing medical conditions, men's issues, and relationship challenges.
