Introduction
My work with clients is grounded in the belief that healing is personal and that each individual has the capacity to find their own path forward. Therapy is approached through mindfulness, curiosity, respect, and without judgment. A safe, supportive environment is intentionally created where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. With over ten years of experience, I have worked with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. I value autonomy and self-sufficiency, viewing therapy as a collaborative process in which the therapist serves as a guide rather than an authority. My role is to support you as you clarify your values, deepen your awareness, and make choices that align with your vision of healing. I became a therapist through my own personal struggles and the meaningful impact that therapy had on my life. In many ways, this work is an extension of gratitude, offering others the same support, understanding, and hope that was once offered to me. I'm available for telehealth appointments.
