Introduction

I'm a psychotherapist in private practice specializing in individual therapy and interpersonal process groups. My work is grounded in interpersonal theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS), with a particular interest in how our earliest relational experiences shape the ways we relate to ourselves and others. I tend to work best with people who are curious about themselves, willing to sit with complexity, and looking for a therapist who will be honest with them. I believe therapy works not because the therapist has the right answers, but because of the healing power of honest relationships.
