Specializes in: LGBTQIA+, Couples Counseling, Infidelity, Marital and Premarital, Family Conflict,

Introduction

I work with individuals and couples navigating the parts of life that don't show up in a well-put-together exterior: high-conflict relationships, repair after infidelity, family-of-origin wounds, and the tangle of faith and identity that a lot of people carry quietly. With couples, I lean on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to get past the latest argument and into the pattern underneath it, including discernment counseling if you're weighing whether to stay or go. With individuals, I work from Internal Family Systems and existential approaches. A diagnosis can be useful. It isn't who you are. My practice is LGBTQ+-affirming, and I work with non-monogamous, polyamorous, and kink-identified clients as part of the practice, not as an exception. Ready to take the first step? Schedule a free 15-minute consultation. I'm here to answer your questions, discuss your hopes for therapy, and see whether we're a good fit.
