Introduction

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. My approach is integrative and relational, grounded in progressive values. I practice from an affirming lens, recognizing that what we often label as 'symptoms' can be meaningful responses to trauma, systemic oppression, or environments that weren’t built with your needs in mind. Together, we’ll explore ways to align your life with your unique wiring and values, while gently challenging patterns that may no longer serve you. I have experience supporting folks of all ages through trauma recovery, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My graduate training included working with teens who recently survived trauma, college students navigating independence, and older adults in long-term therapy groups. After graduate school, I worked in a military clinic supporting service members with gender identity and substance use concerns, as well as in an intensive outpatient program supporting teens, adults, and their families. You don’t have to have it all figured out before starting! Schedule a free 15-minute consultation, and we’ll build a plan together. I offer evening and weekend telehealth appointments so you can fit therapy into your life, not the other way around.
