Introduction

Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply want space to reflect, I am here to help you reclaim your time, energy, and peace. Therapy with me isn’t about forcing you into a mold. It’s about exploring patterns, honoring your unique wiring, and finding ways of living that align with your values. MY APPROACH Your motivation for seeking therapy is my primary focus. My integrative and relational approach to therapy draws from relational-cultural and psychodynamic theories, feminist and multicultural movements, humanistic psychology, and neurobiology. MY STYLE My style is warm, engaged, and practical. I believe therapy should be an affirming, collaborative space where your story, identity, and strengths are at the center. I see you as the expert of your life, and I approach our work with curiosity, respect, and compassion. OUR FIRST SESSION Our first meeting will be an invitation. We’ll talk about what brings you here, your history, and your hopes. You can share as much (or as little) as feels safe. I’ll answer your questions and we’ll decide together how to move forward at your pace. NEXT STEPS If you are interested in working with me: tap or click the 'contact' button at the top or bottom of this page to share your questions or a little about what you are looking for from therapy.
