Introduction

Here is a cleaner, more client-centered version: --- Thank you for visiting my profile. You may be looking for therapy because your mind feels noisy, your emotions feel hard to manage, or the strategies that once helped you get through life are no longer working. I work primarily with thoughtful, motivated adults who feel worn down by ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, burnout, life transitions, or workplace changes. Many of my clients appear high-functioning on the outside while internally struggling with rumination, self-criticism, avoidance, compulsions, emotional overwhelm, or a persistent sense of being stuck. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, clear, and able to move toward a life that reflects what matters to you. My approach combines scientific rigor with a practical and philosophical understanding of change. I am interested not only in reducing symptoms, but also in helping you build greater self-understanding, meaning, flexibility, and authenticity in daily life. Depending on your needs, I integrate evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD and anxiety, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma-related stuck points. When appropriate, I may also incorporate clinical hypnosis as an additional tool for anxiety, stress, and mind-body patterns. Sessions are collaborative, active, and focused on real-life change. We do not only analyze your patterns; we also work on building new ways to respond to thoughts, emotions, urges, and difficult situations. Clients often describe me as insightful, compassionate, direct, and action-oriented. My goal is to offer a space that feels supportive, honest, and useful. A strong therapeutic fit matters. I encourage new clients to start with a brief consultation so we can clarify what you are hoping to change and whether my approach is a good match. If you are ready to build a steadier relationship with your mind, your emotions, and your life, I would be glad to connect.
