Introduction

My Therapy Practice Thoughtful Therapy for Adults & Couples Ready for Real Change You may look functional on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted inside. Many capable people carry distress privately for a long time before reaching out. Therapy can help you understand what’s keeping you stuck—and begin changing it. I work with adults and couples facing depression, anxiety, grief, relationship strain, addictive patterns, difficult family dynamics, and the quiet weight of trying to hold everything together alone. I also hold Master's degrees in theology and in divinity and can help clients explore spirituality concerns in their work, if they so choose. I offer Wednesday, Friday and Saturday appointments. New clients complete initial consent and assessment documentation online before we schedule our first meeting. My Treatment Focus My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and collaborating together on a treatment plan. My Client Promise I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
